I have no idea what you mean, "add DEP after user name". To get my line counts, I go to the Fluency page - it's the only way I know. My user name is my employee ID#. Adding DEP after my employee ID# doesn't work.
How to Check Backlog - smmt

Open Fluency for Transcription.
Line #1 is your username, which is employee number. Add dep after that number (e.g. 112211dep (I use lower case).
Line #2 is your password.
Line #3 is your company number.
I check remember me. Sign in.
You should now be in Fluency for Transcription Manager.
On the far left-hand side, there is a list of options. Click on STATUS to see the backlog.
***Some people can't check status in Internet Explorer. On occasion I have had to use Mozilla Firefox instead.
If the above doesn't work, you need to contact your supervisor or, dread, call Support.

You might know this, but If you are actually in Fluency working, you can do ctrl+shift+f5 to bring up Fluency for Transcription Manager that way. Is that not what you guys are talking about??

Do you have to be an MME or have special credentials to get in? Thank you for taking the time to write out the instructions, I know that took a little bit of time to do.
Our team gets an email every day to let us know about our back log but thought I would try and take a look at it myself. If I never knew what our work load was like or if I would have work that day, I would miss it too - especially since some of us can't check it ourselves.

It may not be the same password as the Fluency where you check your stats. I know that when I have to change passwords they are separate entities and both need to be changed. When they first gave the info to set this up years ago, I was given a generic password that I later had to change.

I don't know for a fact if it's still the same, but a co-worker tried to log in earlier this year and couldn't because she hadn't accessed Fluency Manager in, I believe, 90 days. Support will have to reset your password, that is, if you're still allowed access. I don't know that everyone is. They change the rules around here so often my head spins.
where it lists "totals" at the bottom for each facility, does anyone know how often that updates? I cannot be totals for a day or a shift. Does anyone know if it is totals for an hour? ...
Has anybody else gotten NJAs but backlog shows a lot of jobs? This has been happening quite often lately to me. I'm tier III, so this difference isn't from jobs out of my tier level. I'm really beginning to have doubts about the accuracy of the backlog. ...
We've been having late work for 4 days out of every week for awhile now with our TSM calling for OT constantly. The funny thing is, all the accounts that I'm familiar with that are late are ones that do not send overseas (as an MME, I know because I QA the ILPs).
Do you think that these hospitals refuse to send overseas and that MModal is going to say that the work was late because of lack of qualified US MTs, and that they should consider sending offshore? ...

Sometimes it tells me NJA, then cesspool, then primaries. When I look at the backlog, there seems to be my work in my primaries, late work even, so why am I getting NJA and why am I getting jobs from accounts I never work on? ...

Can anyone explain what good backlog reports are or what purpose they serve. Its not like we can pick the hospitals that have the most reports, or we can work overtime to clear out the accounts, or we can jump on the system to clear something out if it is not our appointed work schedule. What good are they? New TSM is constantly sending these meaningless reports out, that I can't understand because of all the abbreviations, and they are just taking time away from my typing ...
I don't know if a lot of MTs' 2-week notices are up this week or doctors are getting all their work in because of JCAHO inspections or a combination of both, but in looking at the full backlog (yes, I have access that I requested as an MME years ago), there are nearly 50,000 jobs in the system when typically it's around 16K to 20K.
