Backlog list question - Anon

Has anyone in the "new" North region been able to access the backlog list? If so, what did you do? I can't open it.

According to my CCM, we won't be able to access this until tech is through working on it sometime next week. Hope this helps. Just ask your CCM for backlog numbers on your accts. My CCM gives me mine.

I've asked my CCM about this 3 times, and she answers my other questions, but avoids that one. I also talked with 3 different support guys, and they say the system is working, and if I can't access it, maybe the CCM has changed our status.

My CCM could not access it as of this morning. I was able to access it as of this afternoon. Put in your ADT number (if it is less than 6 digits you have to add a zero before your number)and add dep at the end of the number, enter password and enter company code. You have to actually click on the log in button below, pressing enter will not do it. If this is does not work for you, you may not be up and running yet. I still cannot get feedback however.

CCM aaid tech support is "working on it." Tech support said they knew nothing about it. They also checked to see how many times I logged in. They can tell Everything we do!

Still not working for me. When I log in, I'm supposed to use only my 4-digit ADT number + dep, no zeros. I tried it your way and got those 2 weird jobs that have been there forever.

Okay. I got in, but there is only 1 account listed there that I have - cold and tired

never heard of before. Now before the company name was different than the one we had for line counts and CP, and the new one wont work with my ADP+dep and my old password used for the backlog.

I just got in too. I put in my ADP numer with leading zeros, then my OLD password that I used to use to see the backlog before the merger, and then the new company code we were given. Hit the login button, and it worked.

Is there is quick way to add commas between items in a list? Of course, using Ctl K in front a word will change the punctuation, but it will also change a capitalized drug to lower case, and you will still have to get to the beginning of the next drug which will require 2 Ctl arrows and backspace. Ctl arrow takes you to the beginning of the next word, but you will have to backspace to put in the comma. Adding punctuation to lists is so time consuming! ...

We've been having late work for 4 days out of every week for awhile now with our TSM calling for OT constantly. The funny thing is, all the accounts that I'm familiar with that are late are ones that do not send overseas (as an MME, I know because I QA the ILPs). Do you think that these hospitals refuse to send overseas and that MModal is going to say that the work was late because of lack of qualified US MTs, and that they should consider sending offshore? ...

Can anyone explain what good backlog reports are or what purpose they serve. Its not like we can pick the hospitals that have the most reports, or we can work overtime to clear out the accounts, or we can jump on the system to clear something out if it is not our appointed work schedule. What good are they? New TSM is constantly sending these meaningless reports out, that I can't understand because of all the abbreviations, and they are just taking time away from my typing ...

I don't know if a lot of MTs' 2-week notices are up this week or doctors are getting all their work in because of JCAHO inspections or a combination of both, but in looking at the full backlog (yes, I have access that I requested as an MME years ago), there are nearly 50,000 jobs in the system when typically it's around 16K to 20K.
