I dont know how it happened, a miracle, a ton of prayers, just got lucky, but there is actually work when I signed on this morning!

I feel like I struck the jackpot!

I'm in the north and I've gotten pretty consistent work except around the holidays. I may briefly run out of work but not more than a minute or two; I'm in California so I often wonder if I get work because MModal will have to pay me for work availability for a few hours. My supervisor is BB.

BB is my supervisor also and have run out of work daily since before the holidays, but especially worse in the past month.

Maybe it is because you are in California, but I think it is ridiculous that work is routed to you and I have none just because of where you live. This is discrimination. I want the work. I have done nothing to deserve not having the work. I am seriously thinking about contacting an attorney after hearing this.

Has anyone noticed how the North TSM is never responding to emails, PTO, important questions, etc. I'm about ready to contact this Joel, the guy above her. hope you are applying for unemployment. MQ is EVIL for not just laying MTs off (when the off-shore more work, which is another form of evil)...but the least they could do is have mercy and do lays offs so MTs can get UI while finding another job. and my supervisor's BOB has been pretty much empty for really the last month or more. I have had maybe 10 jobs of my primary, secondary and so on accounts that Im familiar with for at least 2 weeks. When I do get jobs from these accounts a lot of them have been hard to hear (background noise and such), some of the ASR reports have been horrible with a lot of added words and whole sentences left out.
