Q: What happens with the CBay line of business?
A: CBay retail has effectively been rolled into the North Region under Barbara Allen and Shaw Rietkerk and is operating as an integrated part of our organization. This announcement has no effect on those operations, other than those former CBay customers will now benefit greatly from the combined company assets and product and services enhancements and roadmap. CBay Scribe, the service line that focuses on the small physician practice market, will continue to be managed as a business line while we develop new branding and go to market plans for this segment of the market. That said, they too, will take advantage of products and services such as Speech Understanding on iPads and iPhones, front-end speech, and analytics not previously available under the prior structure.

[ In Reply To ..]I live in one part of the country and type reports in another part of the country and those helpful places have really helped me out also. Yes, I can look it up on the internet, but it helps to have it right in front of me on the CP. The part of the country I do my work in has all kinds of weird names for cities and am glad for the helpful cities listed on there and I live in the US. Not sure if that is really true what your trainer said, as that helps many people here out too.
I agree, it is very helpful for us also - This is just what I was told in training

Directions indicates loggin into DocQscribe use new company code and then proceed with copy the above. I don't ever put the company code in when I log into DocQscribe. hope you are applying for unemployment. MQ is EVIL for not just laying MTs off (when the off-shore more work, which is another form of evil)...but the least they could do is have mercy and do lays offs so MTs can get UI while finding another job. and my supervisor's BOB has been pretty much empty for really the last month or more. I have had maybe 10 jobs of my primary, secondary and so on accounts that Im familiar with for at least 2 weeks. When I do get jobs from these accounts a lot of them have been hard to hear (background noise and such), some of the ASR reports have been horrible with a lot of added words and whole sentences left out.
