Where to Find Patient's Old Files - Tired MT

We used to use Ctrl + F5 [I believe -- it has been so long, I am not certain] to get to the old records. We would be able to search by the patient's name and MRN.

Nowadays we can use CTRL + O, then ALT + P to get to some of the patient's old files, but many times none are listed, even though the patient has been to the hospital/clinic before.

Will someone please instruct me as to what keystrokes I need to do to get to the old files?

Unless you have full access to the Fluency Manager (this includes every account and also ILP work and you can see what employee is typing what, etc), you don't have access to those reports anymore (the report is there, you just don't have the option to read the contents). The fluency that most HDSs are given access to typically only includes accounts in their region. As an SHDA, I have access to the whole shebang, but even then I had to request it.

Since a lot of clinics I type for see people only once a year, most records were too far back to come up by ctrl-O. It's a shame they had to cripple the HDSs even more.

How did you request it? I am an SHDS and only see my work. - Few years ago on Fluency I was SM

able to see what you are talking about, but I don't remember how I was able to see the whole shebang.

And is there a way to just get into Manager, without getting into Fluency? I want to check my counts without getting into Fluency and having jobs download to me that I am not going to be working on.

I had posted before about problems playing files with WAVpedal on my Windows 7, 64 bit computer. Most of those problems have been resolved (thanks to my IT guy and NOT the tech guy at the software place). However, I still can't play .DSS files. I get an email with a log sent to me through PDF files that opens through acrobat reader. The text fonts are so small sometimes it is very very straining to read.
