I have read so many good things about Opti-Script - tested recently but no openings right now. Low turnover rate - which is GOOD! I'm so happy there is a new version of Smartype that has been released. It now works with newer versions of Word, i.e. Word 2007 and 2010 and works with other software including Outlook. It's even better than the original. I was using the old version of Smartype even though it had glitches when working with Word 2003. You can try it before you buy it, a definite plus. I have never had this difficult a time researching a transcription company as this one. They are the great unknown. Even on this forum no-one knows anything about them. When using Shorthand, I type a word and then if I have to put a comma after the expanded work the word comes up again.
