Turnaround Time pay? - Job Hunter

Anyone care to share the pay at Turnaround Time? Also, any other details about them such as flexibility of schedule and is it true they ask you to pay for equipment? I am job hunting and would like some input about them. Thank you.

Turnaround Time - new hire

I been hired, but have not started yet. They have IC and employee status and decided to go as an IC, start at one rate and it will go higher after I believe 30 days once you get up to speed. No line requirements but so many minutes of dictation per day. They require on Windows 7 that you have the Professional version and will pay to have it upgraded or provide you with a computer for a minimal cost per month, and after that, it is yours. I checked into the cost of the upgrade and install and emailed the owner to let him know since they are in the process of revamping their platform apparently.

Don't mean to bust your bubble, but be exremely careful how you deal with this man. If things do not work out, he will file a 1099 for you saying the computer is worth $7200 which is what he did to me. He is an absolute SNAKE. He stated that he would reimburse me for things and I never saw a dime.

Do not trust this man. He is a two-headed snake. He lies and you will be back here in less than 30 days to tell others how he lies. He will mess with your line count, mess with your computer system. He always wants to have access to your computer at all times. He puts on his own programs to do this so he can get into your computer anytime he wants or others do.

I have never had this difficult a time researching a transcription company as this one. They are the great unknown. Even on this forum no-one knows anything about them. It has been inconvenient, and maybe a bit confusing at times, to check my time card hours for my shift as, because of my time zone, part of my hours show up on the next day because I work 2nd shift. I wonder if I will get overtime for yesterday, even though I did not work overtime. Ever since they have changed Schedule Source and now it has a display called today's activity with "actuals" hours, this has not matched the hours shown with the time clock punches and is less than the hours according to the clock punch. Does anyone care to share that if you are hired at optiscript part time will they let you change to full time easily? I know they are a small company and do not over hire so I do not know how easily this could be done. For those who went full time to part-time with MQ (because you got another job)...how did that work? Did they approve the schedule you wanted, or did they make you take a schedule?
