[ In Reply To ..]Because the western region has been out of work every day for months. We've done helper pools from every region in the US. It's been YEARS since our CCM has offered OT, and I don't think I've EVER seen *mandatory* OT.

[ In Reply To ..]I would give *anything* if I had work. If I had overtime even for just a couple of weekends I might be able to catch up on my bills and put food on my table. Seriously, I know working overtime seems like a big problem for you but there are countless employees with this company who drool just at the thought of getting in 40 hours without bouncing around all over the country. Count your blessings - I would switch places with you in a HEARTBEAT.

[ In Reply To ..]OK, I'm confused. We have some saying there is work in the west and others saying there's not. Its like the old timey gold rush/hunt, feast or famine same area. Its now obvious to me why I keep running out of work, my CCM seems to think we can give some to you folks. How do I request a change of CCM? Mine doesn't seem to know how to balance her BOB with her employee workload thus allowing her employees to run out of work. I have already heard from others under my CCM who went through mentoring and were told they weren't doing anything wrong they were just unproductive due to being dissatisfied mostly about the low volume of work they were getting. From this and other things I see, its obvious Mmodal is trying to get rid of old folks like me to get the younger ones as us elders know how we're supposed to be paid and how the work is supposed to be doled out and the young guns don't......yet.
