For some reason I have no schedule this week. Maybe I'm getting fired, but it would be nice if someone told me. I've had the same schedule for the past several years. Where is this swap board that we're supposed to check? I don't see it in TeamWork. Thanks, MT2 ...

I used Schedule Source for about a year when they were testing it. It's one of those "benefits" they keep talking about. The problem is, if you swap you will be in somebody else's cesspool - getting unfamiliar accounts for which you have to read maybe multiple CPs and get reports where you may have to leave QA markers and spend extra time researching. I don't quite get the swap board thing. We were told we could go in and look at our schedule for the month and pick a day there if needed to place it on the swap board. However, my schedule has never been recorded in Schedule Source farther out than 1 week at a time. So, trying to put in any shift times for the swap in advance of the current work week is impossible for me to do. I thought our schedule was suppose to automatically populate for the month. A shift for 6p to 9p is on the swap board. If I work 8a to 4p, I see the following: Is ([MASTER] 8am-12pm;) Ok? NO Does this mean I have to be working 8-12 to claim this shift? Within Max Hours/Week? I left a message in post to another post about the Swap (swamp) Board. I had wayyy too many hours showing I had scheduled to work. Can anyone answer a question about this new procedure? I want to swap a shift for next week but having trouble understanding this new process. I guess if you want to work a different shift on a particular day, you would first need to post yours and make sure someone takes it before you claim another as you might end up working both - correct? and you want more hours to work Friday night or Sat. You take that MT's hours, is it going to be DS and OP reports and you obviously cannot do the work because you are a tier 1? Does this also mean that you will constantly be in the cesspool because of doing other BOB's? Or will it just be your own BOB that you get to switch hours with, yet wouldn't the tier thing be confusing? What if you take the hours and there are NO JOBS AVAILABLE. ...
