I was working on some macros and needed a command for changing text to Arial 11. I'm thinking "hmmmm, Arial, A." Let's make it Alt+A. Does it tell me that's already assigned to something? Nooooooo. Yes, they do need help. The work has gone from NJA to multiple notices of needing help on specific accounts.
