"PRIMARY" account yeah right! - JERKED AROUND AGAIN

I am sick of hearing I was "given" 2 primary accounts, but never see them, and instead am getting accounts I have never seen before! I am so close to quitting this very minute. I truly wish "they" had to suffer through this!!! I just needed to vent before I quit, which I may still do before this 8 hours is up. I worked my rear end off to gain experience and knowledge all these years for this? Guess I am a fool for thinking this would be a great career...not so much. Bitter pill to swallow and still maintain perfection, speed and be available at all hours...and on top of that... my giveadamn just broke! HA.

that have basically dried up over the past week or so. TSM says "nothing has changed" but that is the biggest line of bull. She's getting good at feeding bull lately. So sick and tired of this stupid company. Lately, there has been absolutely no work in the morning and by the time it picks up, everybody is so desperate for the jobs that are coming in that if you aren't Quick Draw McGraw, your screwed.

QUIT, QUIT, QUIT, right now, don't wait, get out, find anything and believe me you can. Don't let this place do this to you. I have posted a gajillion times what I have experienced and what I did about getting away from this place. It was horrible and I had no money and I have had a bunch of different jobs, BUT, it was all worth it. I finally landed on my feet; took about two years and not once was I sorry I quit, no matter how bad it got. This place will destroy you in more ways than you can imagine. Leave em, turn off your computer, don't even give them the time of day. Let them come after you and their precious equipment and believe me that is all they are concerned about, getting it back. Don't walk, run to any job that is out there and then you can look again. Nuff said, good luck! Be strong, believe me it will pay off in the long run!

North gave me 2 primary accounts but then told me to train on other accounts and do at least 5 reports a night on other accounts and I rarely get my primary accounts. It is a good career, just not at MModal. Make sure you have another job before you quit like I am doing. Hang in there.

You are probably getting those other accounts first, because they have a shorter TAT then you primary accounts. This has happened to me before too. I could not understand why I hardly ever got my primary account, and then my supervisor told me why.

If we have been working on an account and know it well and produce well and all of a sudden are asked to switch to a new account, do we have any right to request to stay on our first account? Just wondering if it is asking too much. ...

My primary account that I've had for 7 years has basically disappeared. When I inquire about the reports from this account I get no answers. Am I supposed to be satisfied with accounts I know nothing about, accounts that I asked to be removed from my work pool, just to have work available. SHEESH! What's up with that? I have a decent seconday, but definitely prefer my primary. I rarely have to go to my secondar, but now, for the second day in a row, my primary is OOW. Where did it go?? I can't imagine that the hospital/clinics don't have any patients..... ...

Today is Sunday, I work in the South Region and I'm getting a hospital I never had before. I have had the same hospital for a very long time and used to never run out of work and now it is just about gone. I was wondering if anyone is getting to work on their primary accounts at all? Each and every report I have been getting is a new account, new work type, new dictators, etc. I leave work just about every day with a horrible headache because of being stressed over having to look up account specs, sample reports to make sure I'm formatting them correctly or trying to figure out what's been said. I pride myself on using ALL tools given us. I have ALWAYS been diligent in making my reports as perfect as possible. I ALWAYS researched terms new and not known, looking up old reports to help on unfamiliar hospitals and doctors. If I could transcribe (old term type) my reports I could easily do 300-500 lph, but I CANNOT get any of this type of work. I get 98% ASR. Lately it has become more than stupid!!! I was reading below about the TAA. I have less and less work. I have had NJA all this week, never ran out at this time of year before. Last time they blamed it on the storms on the East Coast. My pay is continually going down, especially after the previous pay decrease, and now NJA.
