Primary Account OOW - for 2nd day in a row

What's up with that? I have a decent seconday, but definitely prefer my primary. I rarely have to go to my secondar, but now, for the second day in a row, my primary is OOW. Where did it go?? I can't imagine that the hospital/clinics don't have any patients.....

[ In Reply To ..]OOW for ages now and others from other accounts swarming all over my accounts - I have to guess (no, I literally HAVE to guess, because pigs would fly before Nuance would tell us anything) that the doctors are now using the EHR more (point and click with Dragon or something?) and we are being phased out.
Usually when work is low this long they are throwing other accounts at you, not now. I have not applied for partial UE because I have a second job that puts me over the threshold, even with the crappy pay due to crappy hours and crappy new pay system which now seems to be focused on its true reason for existence, which is to let no one make above 8 cpl. I imagine many have, I know if Nuance was my only source of income I would have to. I am lucky to get 20 hours a week (supposed to work more but no work) so how do people get 40 hours in?
I do wish Nuance would level with us and/or stop hiring people or something, this is just getting ridiculous.

I thought 2015 was the year hospitals had to all be EHR or lose a percentage of Medicare reimbursement or some such sh**. This is not just Nuance, check out M*Modal,Imedx comments, etc. We are going extinct.

Almost all work is handled by India overnight, it is their - daytime.
[ In Reply To ..]...but yes, EHR, and the "acquired" MTs who still expect to stay in work once their accounts are off-shored. If being out of work does not run you off, usually FIESA does. It is all very well calculated and results in everyone taking regular hits on productivity.

Today is Sunday, I work in the South Region and I'm getting a hospital I never had before. I have had the same hospital for a very long time and used to never run out of work and now it is just about gone. I know 2 other MTs who have noticed the same thing. We have not had a single post audit on our primary accounts but let us do 5 reports on our secondaries and we'll get audited on it. We presume they do that trying to "get you" to keep you from getting the bonus for QA.
