First time I had to call the Help Desk in a while and low and behold, I had to hang up.  I got a guy who asked my name.  Really common name.  On hold for 2.5 minutes, he came back on, asked me how to spell it, this went on for another 3 minutes.  First name, last name.  THEN, my employee ID....hold.....for another 3 minutes.  I told him to forget it and hung up.  I lost money but am sure he made some...Makes me absolutely sick!  I covered my a#& and sent my boss an email.  Am actually having panic attacks because of the changes in this company.... Please pray for me, I mean it. THANKS

Its not our fault that they dont understand us and its not our fault they took away the american support help. We need to be paid for this time so we have proof first of all for how long it takes for them to help us, but secondly to bring back american help for american workers! This is ridiculous!

...expect nothing from this place and carry on here as best you can until/unless you decide to do something else. Be surprised by NOTHING. The ONLY thing so far keeping me here is the health insurance cost. If that goes, I go. Gone. They can have their Indian force do all the specialities I do, all the ESLs, all the report types, etc.

Well, the reason for this is that they made us train the techs in India and we just got a call that most of the US techs have been laid off.

If you do, what are your thoughts on CMT? In reading the thread going on right now, I see MTs saying it's worthless, it's a rip-off, etc.  But what do you think a union would really do? Any PROFESSIONAL organization SHOULD have standards and should have a MINIMUM certification.  Like it or not, AHDI is OUR organization and the CMT is what is being pushed as the MINIMUM standard.  Credentials do NOT guarantee higher pay.  They say you have met the minimum standards ...
