First time I had to call the Help Desk in a while and low and behold, I had to hang up. I got a guy who asked my name. Really common name. On hold for 2.5 minutes, he came back on, asked me how to spell it, this went on for another 3 minutes. First name, last name. THEN, my employee ID....hold.....for another 3 minutes. I told him to forget it and hung up. I lost money but am sure he made some...Makes me absolutely sick! I covered my a#& and sent my boss an email. Am actually having panic attacks because of the changes in this company.... Please pray for me, I mean it. THANKS
