Does anyone have much work on Strategic Accounts- not me for 2 days now!!! I would love to make my hours, but can't! All having a good day in spite?

Strategic Accounts was created out of some accounts from the old SE region plus one other large hospital group. It's been around for months. During MT week it was mentioned daily - it had candidates for MT and MME of the year, just like the other regions. But every time it is mentioned here, somebody acts like we are making it up.

No one acted like you were making it up, just curious what it is. You do not - have to be so snippy and condescening. NM

I have a HUGE account in the midwest. No - work for the last 2 nights.

And in the mornings. I posted below about no work at 9pm, but slammed with comments stating I need to have more accounts, which I do by the way. I even have backup accounts at ANOTHER group with another manager for backup, but no work.

Here I go again. No work for 5 months starting last September with 2 week paychecks totalling 5-15 hours. Then get moved to another account and new TSM. Plenty of work and now NOTHING.

Something is going on. I fear a big shakeup is coming again with this company and the ones who stay will be pushed for more productivity and work harder than ever, but good luck with that, because I already am.

how often are you audited? I failed my last audit and had accounts taken away - just a thought

Every week. I get 100%. Although my last - one was a 99.7%.

So it cannot be due to my audits. I can get in on my system, not fluency, and see how many reports there are, what was done, and how many is on system. Not many reports done. It is as if doctors are not dictating.

How do you know you get 100% every week?

It shows all my audits when I get my line count. - I am not on Fluency.

I can go back into the reports that were audited up to 2 months ago and re-listen to the report if there were mistakes. Sometimes I get audited 1 report a week or 2 reports a week. Whoever works on this special certain account wants audits done on every ME. Must have been written in a contract. Been an MT for almost 3 decades.

Hang in there! I was that way years ago, getting picked on for everything. Just try and learn the mistakes and do your best. At least you know you tried. It can get better for you too. Just cannot let this company bring you down.

Now out of work. So trying to get more accounts, or even ask for more work is obviously not an option. THEY DON'T CARE if you have work or not. You stated to ask for more accounts. Nothing happens.

Tomorrow is my last day at Nuance. This is one reason why--NO WORK. While it is slow check Fiesa, sign time sheet, take a class in Enrich, wait 15 minutes, check back, request reversals....no thanks. Working on getting out every day. I think we should challenge all the CCMs to actually sit and do this crap one day, and have an upper mgt person sitting alongside watching them. 5 is my favorite number. I have 5 children. I like numbers that end in 5. I'll admit, when I turn the heat on in the car, I would rather is be on a temperature that ends in a 5....65, 75, 85...I set the microwave for only times that end in 5 or can be divided by 5, which is 5 and 0.... you get it... Just venting a little. While I do appreciate being able to work and not getting NJAk, I am a little frustrated getting every other job from 2 or 3 new and different acounts. Do they really expect me to make line count like that? I know there is a better way to distribute and get the work done within TAT. I mean really.... sigh. I'm wondering which specialties would be the best ones to target - i.e., more likely to outsource their transcription to an individual transcriptionist, least likely to have EMR or EPIC. It was bad enough that we lost 1 of the accounts that I have had for 13 years last week, but today, without notifying me, I was put on new accounts.....the accounts where they are firing people left and right because of not passing audits.
