"strategic" markings? (in an x-ray) - Violet

Does this sentence make sense (doing an x-ray - never heard of strategic markings).

Strategic markings are also noted in the left upper lobe.

could it sound like interstitial lung markings? nm - nm

I was thinking that, but its a little word he's spitting out so fast - Violet

I was thinking of streaky also, but I'm hearing an "uh" and a "ee" sound in the word.
