MM ever deny UE benefits? - just wondering

Has MM ever come back and denied anyone UE? This is all so new to me. Everyone here seems to have gotten it with no trouble.

I've been on UE since late March. No word that they tried to deny it. Don't forget TAA benefits. You do qualify. There's a lot of misinformation even from the UE/Special Claims office, but incumbent workers(still working) are qualified for benefits for training. The only thing we do not qualify for is the extension of benefits while in training.
how do you start the TAA process? - does it cover college courses

It looks like it's kind of involved. I so do NOT want to go back to school, but I will if I have to. I guess I will go to the UE office and see if they can help me figure all this out. MM apparently told the UE office that my status has not changed, so I guess they are challenging my claim.

to be starting school soon. You do get your unemployment benefits until they run out. After that, once you are in school, the TAA benefits kick in and you will get something like 120 to 130 weeks. If you do not go to school, after UE runs out and the extensions, you don't get any benefits. I would recommend talking to the TAA people, not unemployment regarding this.

A company can fight against your receiving benefits, but UE is in charge of confirming or denying benefits - no one else. If your company challenges your right to receive benefits, you can appeal with UE. Is it possible you don't qualify for benefits? You have to have earned a certain amount of money in the last five quarters to be eligible for UE benefits in the first place.
