Has anyone been able to access their info yet? I got another e-mail overnight saying we could do it but I still can't. What am I missing?

Yeah I got my info -- with only 10 days in the pay - period, it was even more

bleak than usual, plus this company took out more income tax than before. Just less and less in my pocket is all I know.

I sent an e-mail to the address provided on page 1, last sentenced of the "password" paragraph, to let them know I can't get in. We'll see.

Your user ID is your Medquist email address, which usually goes like this:
jane.doe@mt.medquist.com

And your password is your birthdate, like this:
01142011

Then, when you get in you have to change your password.

Funny, it says I'm a tier 3 and all along they have been saying I'm a tier 2.

Can't figure out when they break down how much I got paid on the pay stub, either. But there is a section where you can go and look to see how much you are paid per line for straight typing and ASR, and that's right.

That's the info I have used and it says account does not exist or something like that. I can't even get to the point where I'm supposed to change my password.

Mine says tier 3 also, and I'm tier 2 - Just Sayin NM

I've been googling for quite awhile trying to find the link for the free 30-day trial of Instant Text or Shorthand. I'm currently working in Bayscribe and understand both of these programs are compatible with it, but I wanted to try the free 30-day trial first. If we are SO important to the care and safety of patients, then why has my pay been cut more than 50%--4 years ago it was 40% and then when bought by Nuance, it was cut again--not sure of the %. When speech started, does anyone think when our pay was cut that these companies starting billling the clients less for the same work?
