I must be chopped liver to this company. I received employee of the month 3 times from 98 to 2000, and since MQ bought out my lovely little company, have not received it again. I also have not had a raise since 2000, but whatever.

I cant even get a $10 charity bonus that Amy was supposed to give the CCMs to hand out. Where is that?

HELLO? Does anyone know that I work hard and deserve some appreciation?

I have been working for this company for 18 years and i have never gotten employee of the month or anything for that matter. Oh wait..I did get a mousepad once for transcription week and a desk clock. Wow!!

games that gave away some decent prizes. I won $10 walmart card, a Tiffany bracelet, subscription to some website and seems like there was something else but can't remember right now. It ended up being about $400 worth of prizes. The downside was I had to pay taxes out of my next paycheck on these prizes. yuk!

I won a Coach makeup bag and a digital camera with all those contests. That was fun, the last time I can remember using fun and MQ in the same sentence, but that was also when we were owned by GE. Been downhill ever since.

I don't work for M Model but use to work for the Methodist System in San Antonio and one year (out of the 27 years I worked there before they sent the work to India via Heartland) I won a turkey!! Its the only thing I ever got.... :(

I've been here about 15 years and remember a mouse pad and carpal tunnel gloves. I know I never got a clock or won any prizes in the games. I can't believe this company can't afford to give anything at all to the MTs. I'm just waiting to get my map of India in the mail or a call from a new mentor named Krishna.

First of all, be thankful you didn't win most improved. That is just a prize saying you still stink, but not as bad as you used to stink. Employee of the month and the $10 awards are on the sole discretion of your TSM. So if you are doing your job and flying under the radar and not buddies with your TSM you will never get nominated. Have you noticed the same MTs who won MT of the year nominations are the same ones who are winning MT of the month. If you are looking for some appreciation this company doesn't even know what that means. The only time you will hear something is if you are not doing your job. Just delete the emails and move on.

Honestly, has anyone won a $10 award? Do those even exist or was that just a fairy tale that Amy told to the angry mob right after she told us there would be no raises in the foreseeable future?

I rarely heard from my TSM, never felt like she really appreciated anything I did, and then low and behold I got nominated for MT of the year last time. I was completely shocked. I never speculated to make it any further than that, and I didn't, but I got the 50 dollar gift card, which was fine. I really didn't want to attend any convention.

I have never once been nominated for MT of the month, and don't really expect to. My TSM got lost in the layoffs and I now have a new one, so I guess we will see if it ever happens again.

I opened the MT of the Month email a few months back thinking "why do I even open these anymore?" and voila! There my name was. I'm definitely not a butt kisser. Just been working really hard and doing my best and helping out as much as I can, and someone noticed. It felt nice to be recognized. I hope that someone recognizes the hard work you do as well!

Just received a job offer as an IC...the pay is pretty low at 0.575 cpl (increasing to 0.6 once off QA). Will probably accept this job as a 2nd part-time job...have another paying 0.07 cpl, but the owner doesn't pay on time and doesn't respond to my e-mails about it, either. Has anyone ever heard of having to pay $10 a month to the company for use of their server in order to download .wav files though? That seemed a little odd to me.
