Yes. Profiles not displaying, slow to download and upload jobs, client profiles not displaying, etc. Nothing noted on the DEP, though. Talk about slowing us down!!

I hate to put this out there in the universe but hoping we are not in for a system wide crash. Yet another to reduce our pay. ARGH

YES! I had trouble all day yesterday and called the Help Desk and he went in and cleaned my computer and it is STILL slow. This is really hurting my line counts! I let my supervisor know and she said no one else had complained to her about it.
This happened to me yesterday. Tech uninstalled - and reinstalled Fluency

but the problem wasn't completely fixed until I restarted my computer after they were done. Put in a Remedy ticket and they will call you and get it fixed. I spent over an hour yesterday thinking it was global and it was just me. Wasted a lot of time trying to work with a system that wasn't working.

Slow Response While Working In Platform Jun 02, 2014I'm having a hard time reaching my line count since being moved to another platform. Things are really slow with this new platform. Support tells me I need to upgrade my internet service provider. Everything else works fine, no slowness noted anywhere else except this platform.
Would you guys consider upgrading? That's just going to cost me $$, especially when I'm already at the bottom of the barrel in pay, and then it may not even help that much... ...

Fluency Too Slow Jun 03, 2015Fluency even slower in late afternoon. Now, I wait for ADT to pull in to accept a visit, but I can use Google within the platform with no issues. SICK Of Fluency Being Slow To UPLOAD Jul 02, 2013I have 2 jobs in limbo waiting to upload and 1 waiting to download. Also this morning, chunks of dictation are "missing" from ASR, so not only do we have to correct the crap that ASR has wrong, we also have to type in what it totally missed. For pennies!
