Is anyone else experiencing slow response from Fluency? NM

I got on my appointed schedule and DQS is slowwwwwwwww, waited 30 mins for one job to finally download, then it stopped and now in continual upload.....EEEEEEE. This is ridiculous. And I for one have heard nothing on my MQMail about this new SS time from my CCM or corporate. SA3.... ...

I'm having a hard time reaching my line count since being moved to another platform. Things are really slow with this new platform. Support tells me I need to upgrade my internet service provider. Everything else works fine, no slowness noted anywhere else except this platform. Would you guys consider upgrading? That's just going to cost me $$, especially when I'm already at the bottom of the barrel in pay, and then it may not even help that much... ...

Fluency even slower in late afternoon. Now, I wait for ADT to pull in to accept a visit, but I can use Google within the platform with no issues. Now, I see it even adding to my inactive time. I know it is Fluency because all other electronics work fine. I logged off, clocked out, did a reboot, and could not log back in because it said either cannot connect to server or another user at a different location using same. I have 2 jobs in limbo waiting to upload and 1 waiting to download. Also this morning, chunks of dictation are "missing" from ASR, so not only do we have to correct the crap that ASR has wrong, we also have to type in what it totally missed. For pennies! All my friends are retired now and here I sit working in an Indian sweatshop. Gawd!!!! Where did my life take such a wrong turn??!!!??? Just my personal rant this a.m. ...

I work for an MTSO and am distressed because I really need the work/money (I know, who doesn't - hah). You are wanting an employee, not an independent contractor, if that contractor has to work a set schedule and 'has to work over.' Yeah for sure. what goes does it do to send resumes to these jobs posted here, when you get NO response... I realize they have more resumes than they can probably go through, but when they look at the top of your resume (where it should be) and see you have had over 25 years experience - you think they'd contact you first, yeah whatever. Not sure, but know MT jobs are scarce!! ...
