Glad to see they upped it from 3, but considering I would have to kill myself to even reach the magic number 3.5 cents is not enough incentive for me to kill myself for 4 days. So I am leaving the work for those who really want it.

Why work your butt off just so that the CCM can make a bonus at the end of the pay period? Seems sick and twisted to me!

Why work and work for 3 days to hit your number and finally on Monday when the 3.5 cents extra kicks in the work runs out? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I am already planning on some downtime for Monday.

I agree. Since my accounts have no work in them, I would be thrown into the cesspool of unfamiliar work and some of whom require QA submission for over 3 blanks. LOL First of all, I could not meet my required count doing all unfamiliar work. Secondly, what good would a bonus do me if I lose 3 CPL because I have to send work to QA.

They have taken away production bonuses, decreased shift differential, taken away bonus for difficult dictators, cut our pay with ASR, send all our work to India and then want to give us an unachievable bonus.

Why don't they just give us back the weekend incentive and production bonus. Happier workers, happier clients.

If they truly wanted us to work OT and give up our days off they would make it worth our while and pay an actual bonus on all lines, not some calculation we need a math degree to figure out.

All I know is that by the amount of emails from the RTLs this weekend with HELP and OT OFFERED apparently everyone felt the same way I did. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days off and didn't check my email once. How are all those newbies working out now Q?

I would really love to know if anyone here is using Cornerstone for SR? How are your line counts? I have been on my account for years, SR for about 4 months. I am not making any more lines at all! I worked for Spheris and used platform called Cornerstone. There are some MTs on the account who get to use the MQ platform, DEP. Cornerstone is very slow and I was wondering if the MQ platform is faster/better/whatever. If anyone knows answer, please, please email me. Thank you. Switching from Classic to Cornerstone is killing my income! My CCM tells me, like all bosses do when they switch to SR, that no one is going to lose their jobs, and it will be better. No. What happens is our pay drops drastically, and then the work doesn't take as long to do. Work that took 100 MTs to do can now be done by 50, and MTs lose out. Good for MQ....bad for us. I just got finished with 2 days training of the new Fluency 7.1 program (formerly DocQScribe). I think this DocQScribe platform is much harder than Cornerstone, and we had to learn DocQScribe in 4 hours one day plus 5 hours the next day. I am greatly disheartened that you still have comments from when an old supervisor was there and that is hurting our company. We place adds with you all on occasion and would like to know how to reply to some of these nasty comments. At least give a company a chance to defend themselves from old disgruntled transcribers. you ARE paid for CC's and pt names that YOU type in which might be helpful if you do a lot of clinics. You are NOT paid for headings and subheadings that Cornerstone puts in such as required headings and any headings put in by ASR. I've been working for Cornerstone Professional Services for a few years now. I love working for them! They pay on time (direct deposit) every time. I don't know what former staff was like, but I've read some negative reviews about them. I can honestly say the current staff is VERY supportive.
