Is anyone working on Cornerstone not able - blue

to submit jobs? Can't get through to support and have a completed job hung up here.

I have problems with Cornerstone all last week. - NJA today.

I had where it said "double click" on the report itself on ctrl J. I had to go into it again and finally it sent. It also throws me out sometimes or locks up just on a whim.

You can try and see if you log out if it puts the report back in your assignments or write down the job number and search it. It may have saved your changes. I've gotten lucky when I logged out and back in as it had saved my changes but not on a straight typing job. The VR job did, the straight typing job did not, so it's up to you.

I think those are warning signs you are seeing - before system crashes.

This happened to me. Funny thing is that this computer they gave me is only 5-6 months old.

Yeah, I kind of figured it was something of the such. - The computer they sent me looked brand new.

I only have 2 weeks to go and I'm moving on from this company, so they can have their crashed computer if it does.

I also have slow laggy e-mail, cannot look up old reports, and I sit with NJA a lot.

to get new computer, but then it fell over a weekend. Lost a complete report while trying to send and then it crashed. I would get on the system and start typing and then I would get disconnected. After dealing with my internet service and support who could not speak English which took 5 hours being on the phone, finally sent out computer 4 days later.

I've been working for Cornerstone Professional Services for a few years now. I love working for them! They pay on time (direct deposit) every time. I don't know what former staff was like, but I've read some negative reviews about them. I can honestly say the current staff is VERY supportive. You who do work on the Cornerstone platform, are you familiar with the Instruction Panel on the right? Well, we have patient, provider, author, etc. The information panel has updated instructions for doing the reports. I worked for Spheris and used platform called Cornerstone. There are some MTs on the account who get to use the MQ platform, DEP. Cornerstone is very slow and I was wondering if the MQ platform is faster/better/whatever. If anyone knows answer, please, please email me. Thank you. Switching from Classic to Cornerstone is killing my income! My CCM tells me, like all bosses do when they switch to SR, that no one is going to lose their jobs, and it will be better. No. What happens is our pay drops drastically, and then the work doesn't take as long to do. Work that took 100 MTs to do can now be done by 50, and MTs lose out. Good for MQ....bad for us. I just got finished with 2 days training of the new Fluency 7.1 program (formerly DocQScribe). I think this DocQScribe platform is much harder than Cornerstone, and we had to learn DocQScribe in 4 hours one day plus 5 hours the next day. On the other hand, Cornerstone gave us a week training to learn this. ...

I am greatly disheartened that you still have comments from when an old supervisor was there and that is hurting our company. We place adds with you all on occasion and would like to know how to reply to some of these nasty comments. At least give a company a chance to defend themselves from old disgruntled transcribers. you ARE paid for CC's and pt names that YOU type in which might be helpful if you do a lot of clinics. You are NOT paid for headings and subheadings that Cornerstone puts in such as required headings and any headings put in by ASR. I have an odd question. If a US trained Medical Transcriptionist works from home (in the U.S.), but then decides to spend 1/2 the year (or more) in a foreign country, is it possible (ethical/legal) to continue working as an MT while in that country? The MT would keep the US address, and bank account. All paychecks would continue to be direct deposited into current U.S. bank account. MT would continue to pay U.S. taxes on all monies earned.
