mixing up the words "offshore" and "outsource." Outsource is what the hospitals do when they send transcription to M-Modal or whomever. reports today with static. It's funny to me that every time I bring it up to my supervisor and send the job # for her and the QC coach to listen, they claim they don't have a problem with it and maybe I need a new headset.
