No sense dragging your benefit rate down waiting for their system. If I had a report that didn't upload I always subtract that time from my timecard as well.

How do you clock in for downtime? - ??

My TSM just said that the downtime is not affecting the dictation so be prepared to make it up. Do we now not get paid for systems issues and have to make up the time?

Your TSM is letting you know that the doctors are still dictating, which means when the system comes back up there will be a request for extra hours. Their headache, not ours. We do not have to make up the time.

I know we have never been forced to make it up in the past. I questioned her about it and just got the same answer "be prepared to make it up." I have always been able to code downtime in Teamwork and be paid in the past and that is what I am planning to do now. I am sitting her willing to work.

I went to log into my FIESA today and it told me 3 times I was putting in the WRONG password when it was absolutely the right password. Loaded 7.4 on my own computer. Downloaded and put icon on desktop but I am unable to open it. I sometimes will have this problem if I load links from MM through IE. I used Chrome and FireFox but still unable to open... Spoke to techs in India and they said it is because I'm using my own computer and to contact a domestic tech through my TSM.
