Anyone else experiencing problems with DocQscribe tonight?

I just had to retype a job because it froze up and when I restarted, report was lost.

Oh no! Couldnt you recover it? Once the system crashes/fails to upload, when you reboot and your previous job appears that you were attempting to upload, you don't have to re-do: Just hit tools, then job recover, and it will ask you a question if you want to override and you hit "yes". Then your previously done job will be recovered.

Working for MQ is like the dream we have all had where we are trying desperately to get ready for an appointment, or trying to accomplish something important and everything possible goes wrong. Who ever heard of a company with as many technical problems as MQ? I remember when this job was actually enjoyable with great dictation and no problems. I could just get up in the morning and work. I made good money and learned so much. There are no words to describe the decline.

Hey guys! I just wanted to see if anyone else may be having this problem. I went to log into my FIESA today and it told me 3 times I was putting in the WRONG password when it was absolutely the right password. I had already changed to the new password when I needed to and went through all last week without a problem. My company is switching from straight transcription on DQS to ASR on DQS. I've used DQS for two years and didn't even know they had ASR, but apparently they do. Could any of you with experience on this please give me your opinions of the DQS ASR platform? I'm just not sure I want to go through training if I won't want to stay with this company. I did Escription for awhile at another company and hated it. Thanks in advance! ...

My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. It doesn't cap what should be and does cap things that shouldn't. It has probably 50 different things it uses for "next" or "next is." It puts q.h.s. one time and at bedtime the next. I lock up everytime I use ADP. Then I have to get out and try again. It has already been 20 minutes and I still have not loaded yet. I sat on hold with Tech Support for 20 minutes since "all representatives were busy" yet when I finally got to speak to someone, they said they weren't having issues . . . as usual.
