Fluency System Processing - anon

It is really odd for my account to have no jobs in the morning, but the number that sit in system processing keeps growing. In fact, most of the accounts in my BOB have jobs in system processing and very few in transcription. Are these jobs that are coming to us, but are maybe stuck in the system? In Cornerstone I could see when there was a work flow issue with jobs that were stuck because something wasn't running properly but I don't understand DQS as well yet.

Just remembered to check the system status - and we have a yellow light.

What exactly does that mean? I checked the status in the Qmanage and not one of my accounts has anything but saying system processing

the system at different stages before coming to us. I haven't heard anything, but I would think this should be paid as company downtime.

You would think all TSM's would send out an email - informing everyone of system problems

It would probably save them a lot of emails if they would put out an email first, rather than having all their MT's emailing them asking them what is going on, but then I never bother to email her since I wouldn't expect a response so maybe no one else does either. In fact, I don't recall seeing any email from her for days.

My TSM (or whatever she's called now) let us know that our jobs have been hung up since 3 a.m. EST and to be ready to work as soon as things start flowing. She even called me to make sure I saw the e-mail. I am very lucky to have such a good manager. Some of my other ones have not been so great.

I bet the only personal call I will receive from this company is my "We dont need you anymore" call.

I have been nothing but pleasant and cooperative with my TSM and I get NOTHING back!!!

My TSM says there is an account that needs help - and if we want to work it.

Someone yesterday mentioned problems with the system that occurred a couple years ago that made MQ maybe realize that they need us after all.

So do we clock out and put in a Remedy request for downtime? - nm

beyond repair. We let it go on far too long, the abuses. The lawsuit will help, but it is not enough, and it will take too long. I shouldn't be complaining about making minimum wage or less than minimum wage or be bullied into changing my timesheet. Loaded 7.4 on my own computer. Downloaded and put icon on desktop but I am unable to open it. I sometimes will have this problem if I load links from MM through IE. I used Chrome and FireFox but still unable to open... Spoke to techs in India and they said it is because I'm using my own computer and to contact a domestic tech through my TSM.
