Why do they make such a big deal out of an error, including sending e-mails saying "ERROR ALERT" or making a 3-point error a "critical patient safety error," then docking your pay for same, but if you go back to look at the document or to listen to it again, which you can in Escription, they have NEVER CORRECTED THE ERROR??? I have heard of certain services docking the MTs lines for the entire report if they include part of the template that may not have been dictated, if they don't include the template even though it was not dictated, for wrong demo info, for wrong CC info, for wrong dates, for wrong date of service input by system (and left by MT). I have another question. When one does a draft in VR, does MT get paid for all lines in the draft or would an MT get paid if it has to be edited. Our company recently outsourced us and we are being offered jobs w M-Modal. I have seen all of the negative comments but I was wondering how bad the pay is. Would appreciate feedback from anyone using M-Modal, especially Webmedx Enterprise MTs. Dreading the conversion and wondering if my fears are well founded. I'm pretty fast straight typing but rarely get more than 50 lines more an hour with current VR. Seems all it takes is just one lousy report to negate the lines made on the decent reports. If you go over a certain percentage - sm

So if you get corrupt voice files and sent to QA - YOU ARE DOCKED

If you get a corrupt file, per the Q you do not need sm - mqmt
