99.6%. The only shocker is they didnt institute - it during MT week

Since I can't maintain 99.6%, the only thing for me to do is speed, speed, speed and make as much $$ as possible til they fire me.

but honestly I don't think I can maintain 99.5 or 99.6 day in and day out. If they decide to let me go for this, I won't fight it, but they will be their loss.

kicking and screaming too. 99.60% is insane. Back in the day when I had a halfway decent hospital, I got 99.8% semi-regularly, but now I'm scratching by the bottom of 99%. Admittedly the fact that I hate my job, hate my company, hate most of the doctors, and find the entire exercise pointless considering there are no quality standards for dictators, has probably lowered my morale enough that it has to be impacting my quality.

Like it even matters. It's not even a real percentage system anymore. It's an arbitrary score. I've seen things labeled as critical that are patently ridiculous. One of my major errors was putting "were" instead of "where" in a situation where no one could have been confused about it. In fact, it's extremely, extremely rare that I've made an error that in any way was dangerous. Far less than the ILPs and far less than the doctors themselves, who I constantly have to flag their reports because they can't remember left from right or give the same drug in medications and allergies.

MM just loves purging American workers.

I think I try my best to be 100% accurate with every report and don't need to be micromanaged. - annoyed

I also think the quality audits are biased, since ILP are apparently passing. I am currently having to 100% their work. It is hilarious and depressing at the same time. They are being made to look good on paper, especially the one that has the bottom line $$ on it.

Dictators are apparently not held to the same standard. Most do not even seem aware of their own hospital's client profile. Many do not make the effort to speak clearly. We do not receive 96.6% perfect audio...

I can go on and on but that also seems pointless lol ... I think we should just keep do our best and not worry about it much.

Pretty soon it will be 100%. One way to weed out without having to pay u/e since no one can consistently have QA scores that high and this for the lousy pay we make. If they want great quality PAY US LIKE PROFESSIONALS NOT TYPISTS!

Hmmmm...Interesting, was reading about Andrews School and M-Tech. I looked them up online and they DO seem to be THE schools to go to. Seems as though Career Step is in 3rd or so? Cant believe the crap they are dictating today..Must be the solar flare. they make up drug names that could be one of maybe 3 possibilities..Im pretty sure I know which they need but Im not the DOCTOR,,I just play one on the computer..Im leaving the blanks let them figure it out..Do your jobs correctly for a change..Kind of makes you scared to ever have to go to a hospital for anything. ...
