Do you think the MTSOs cut their rates to their clients who are now using VR just as they have cut their MTs rates? After 20 years of hospital-based HIM transcription, they gave us away to Medquist. I feel set up for failure by not getting consistent hospital accounts and never having a chance to learn a specific account.
