I work in a small cancer center with three dictating doctors. We are still on microcassette tapes, believe it or not! We just got a new doctor who really wants digital (I do, too). Hi, I need some advice. I run a small transcription business (me, myself and I) and my doctors are still using casettes (I know, they are die-hards).
