You know, I have worked in a health care facility ever since I graduated from college. My supervisors have always tried to foster a spirit of teamwork -- how we all, working together, can accomplish the goals set out for us. As a result, I believe in building people up, not tearing them down. And I have seen such GREAT examples of that here. When I first posted on this board, I was so upset about a job decision I had made that I was ready to quit, and with the help of a couple of you, you really gave me a change of perspective, and a sense of excitement for my new position. I am so grateful for you! You really saved me from making a bad decision.
But there are some who evidently feel that, for whatever reason, you need to ridicule and be nasty. Why on earth, if you have "no advice", would you feel the need to post anything? I'm sure lots of people have no advice . . . you then let someone respond who might have some good advice. It has been my experience that most people who are happy with their jobs LOVE to talk about them! If you are too busy to be bothered, why are you here? I see over and over people posting questions, and then being attacked for answering the question. I thought this board was supposed to be a place that coders and billers could share and ask questions of each other. Evidently many of us are not asking the "right" questions?
