Oh, all you have to do is send them an email - with coder in the subject line

they somehow have it set up to auto reply your rejection letter.

You have to go a beggin' for your rejection.

This whole experience has been a good lesson. MModal does not care a lick about their employees. They cannot even deign to treat us with the slightest amount of respect.

I think there must be a psychological term for someone who begs for rejection. I don't have to beg for rejection, I receive enough of it without seeking it out. Why not wait and see what happens, you might be pleasantly surprised. If not and you want to transition to coding, simply find another program.

If I were them, I would not consider people who created issues over this. Complaining about not hearing, demanding to hear one way or the other, and generally acting as though you can't understand the employer's needs in this communicate the wrong thing.

I am not at all surprised to hear that people who emailed demanding to know got an immediate rejection. If I were in the position of trying to set up this program, review possibly hundreds of applications, answering questions, and get everyone going by Monday, that kind of obnoxiousness would tell me exactly what I needed to know.

If you are on the waiting list, they saw something good, but didn't have room. Don't ruin your future chances by looking like a jerk.

The letter offers me to join in a lawsuit against Transcend. Have you received one, and if so, if you plan to join the lawsuit, would you share your reasoning? Do you think one might be "blacklisted" for joining such a lawsuit? Also, I do not understand how they can sue Transcend if it is now part of Nuance? ...

A few weeks ago, for no reason that I can find, I cannot get the first letter of a sentence to be in all caps automatically, (unless I do it manually.) The same for the letter " I " by itself when typed. It was always automatic and now all of a sudden it is doing this and I cannot figure out how to change it back. I wondered if everyone has received their W2s by now? I left MModal several months ago when I realized staying for the benefits was not worth the stress and LOW pay, but have yet to receive my W2. I also did not receive my final PTO pay but it was less than 100 dollars so did not pursue it other than a few emails (and yes, I gave 2 weeks' notice and worked all of that). how do you know you've been paid that time by looking at your pay stub? And does it show up on your time sheets as an adjustment by your CCM? I was just wondering if anyone has received their paycheck from TTD yet? Today is August 20 and they were supposed to have been written and sent on August 10 according to contracts. Wondering if anyone else received the survey regarding QC indif you filled it out and what your responses were. It was a survey that said do you regularly schore 99% or higher. if not it asked what 3 things keep you from reaching the 99% and what 3 things would help you acheive 99%.
