What a wonderful company Diskriter used to be - Just Fedup!

What a wonderful company Diskriter used to be. Honest and treated their employees with class. Now the company is a front for offshore transcription that provides crappy transcription service and treats employees horribly. If anyone is looking to work for this company I would think twice. Your paycheck will never be right, accural for PTO will not happen correctly and you will not get paid upon termination without involving the Department of Labor. Seriously just fedup with it all. Good luck to anyone that continues to work for this company. Run as fast as you can!!!!

This company has been in ruins since 2011, if not before. I worked for them for 3 years and was fired without cause as were all the others that were let go. All work except for maybe one account is outsourced and they lie to clients about this as well. I see they posted an ad for a QA--I would say to anyone, RUN and don't bother.

I used to work for them and loved it - UP until they started making serious changes with unreasonable expectations for QA and we were told QA was going to go to line rate for pay rather than hourly pay. I put in my notice once all the changes starting taking place before they had reason to fire me especially with all the dumb changes they were making. I loved working there up until the last month I was there. I worked there for a long time. I see the new post for a QA and the starting pay they have now is a lot more than they started me out at back when I worked for them. Guess the line rate for QA didn't pan out or never came to fruition. I don't know how it is now but I never had issues with pay, PTO pay etc...

This is true. The department of labor is very familiar with Diskriter and their egregious disregard for the law and their employees. Diskriter does send work to India but that isn't a crime. The crime is sending work to India when they are contractually required to keep the work USA domestic. Good luck with getting your 401k paid or released timely as well when you do leave the company. Your paycheck will be wrong at least once a year. Do yourself a favor and don't work for Diskriter.
