A community of 30,000 US Transcriptionist serving Medical Transcription Industry
I can't blielieve that this is happening to me, to us. Supposedly they lost a big account to overseas but didn't bother to tell us... jobs were half of what they were before, and I was very suspicious. I've been in the business long enough to know what something isn't right. Only one little email saying that the account was slow or something along those lines. As of today, nothing.. not one single email telling us anything. Not one phone call. How can they do this to people?? I am shocked, disappointed, angry. How can Keystrokes not care about what they're doing to their own employees? How can they sleep at night?
It's one thing that my manager never bothers to email me back if I have a question... this is different. This is just plain bad business.
