Questions for ScribeRight DMTs - Curious about QA

I have seen a few posts from fellow DMTs on this board (and wish we had the chance to talk while working to ask questions of each other!) and wanted to ask a question of you here on the board. I have had to send a couple jobs to QA to ask about a med or allergy for which I haven't found a match. I've noticed the comments are less than complimentary. Are you finding that comments received from QA are more degrading or condescending rather than helpful? Or is it just me? If it is me, I'll be happy to accept that and work harder to get my heart off my sleeve!! :-)

I worked for ScribeRight (making sure I am spelling ScribeRight correctly) for three weeks. I found the QA staff to be nice and somewhat helpful when I had questions about the feedback. However, I found the comments in the feedback to be condescending and rather cliche' rather than helpful. The other problem I was seeing was the feedback I would receive and try to implement, was graded as incorrect in the next report. If you would care to E-mail me, please feel free to do so.

I have noticed that too, almost like they think you should just "know" whatever you are asking about when they are legit questions. No real helpful info, just "it's on the list" or you did this wrong. Overall, everyone else is nice but the QA could work on manners for sure.

I am glad to know I am not alone in feeling this way. I was beginning to wonder if I was just being overly sensitive or was simply not picking this up as quickly as I thought I would. It is a little frustrating to send in a job to QA with something simple missing, and receive a comment that says I'm still have trouble with "many" of my meds. I appreciate the encouragement!

It's what I do with other MTs I work with. Just sign up for it, find out email addresses, and "invite" them to join.

For those of you working as DMTs, are you starting to worry about the scheduled conference call? All of them, it seems have worked hard to be sure things would go well, and we would have work, but this lull is about to do me in. Ok, so I heard some great things about ScribeRight so I sent them my resume via their website.
