Can anyone tell me where there test is located? A few months ago I was invited to test with them, couldn't find their test, so took another job instead and now regret it. Do they e-mail it or is it on their site?

Also, can anyone give me the good/bad of this company?

I believe mine was emailed. Contact them thru the website - To ask about openings

They sent it to me through an email but I had to download express scribe (which she sent me a link to in the email)onto my computer and there were 2 separate tests. One came up in Microsoft Word which was strictly multiple choice and then she sent 6 dictations which came up in express scribe (which I had never used). She said they were to have been typed in Microsoft Word but I could not get it to come up that way so I typed it in express scribe and copy and pasted to word and sent it to her. She sent me an email back saying she had gotten it which was last week and I have not heard anything since. I went ahead and took a job with Nuance but if they call me with a better offer then I will go with them

They emailed me 2 tests. One was a written test and I had to complete it and copy into a Word document. The other 6 audio files I did in word using Express Scribe. I emailed the c0-founder (VP) to make sure she got them. She said she did and that was on 04/09/2012. Have not heard another word from them.

Is her name Wendy by chance? When you said she emailed the test - brought to mind someone else who did it that way, perhaps same.

I was emailed the tests and neither person I was in contact with was named Wendy. One was the co-founder of the company which you can see her picture on their website and the other was her assistant. I know this because the person (assistant) who sent me the tests told me to put them in a Word document and email back as an attachment, but she failed to give me her email address and I had to call the company to find out her email address. They told me who she was. I emailed the completed tests to both people to make sure they got them. Both names are "J."

I was in touch with 2 people and like Lucy their names both started with J but that was 2 weeks ago at least and I have yet to hear from anybody so have gone ahead and taken the job offered by Nuance so we will see

Does anyone currently work, or has ever worked, for MTII? I've seen their ads on this board a couple of times and, with 10+ years experience, once submitted my resume but never heard back. Wondering how other TT transcribers feel about the past few months audits. They say one thing one month, and the next months audit you do it the way I corrected it and then it comes back corrected again...confusing...I feel the audits are very subjective...they can find errors if they want to...seem to do it on mine,,,I got major errors for lack of a comma....a period...and a patient care error because I did not hyphenate between a two word titled syndrome.....when asked how that cha ...

On this posting only 1 was found a while ago and the transcriptionist said it was 2 hours away and she needed the job badly, but no questions were answered and she would have to drive 2 hours away tao be trained. It's on a wrist injury. The word sounds like (it's slurred), but has the sound of - "inishits" The sentence is He has instability of the distal radial ulnar joint. for PT? I'm getting conflicting information from other employees, friends and my CCM. CCM says no medical for PT and someone I know in HR says in CA you are eligible for medical for anything over 24 hours per week, albeit at a higher premium. Yet another person says a company doesn't have to offer medical to anything less than FT. Sigh...... ...
