On this day came to be heard Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment. The Motion is granted for good cause and in the interest of justice. The Court finds good cause to award economic damages in the amount of $47,373.44, liquidated damages in the amount of $47,373.44, and reasonable attorney fees in the amount of $3,675; for a sum total of $98,421.88.
It is ORDERED that a default is entered in the record of this case.
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff Charmaine Camplin recover from the Defendants, Keystrokes Transcription Service, Inc., Lee Tkachuk, Jeff Tkachuk, and Karyn Binter, jointly and severally, the amount of $98,421.88.
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff Charmaine Camplin recover from the Defendants, Keystrokes Transcription Service, Inc., Lee Tkachuk, Jeff Tkachuk, and Karyn Binter, jointly and severally, costs of $350.00.
