but not sure how to make the request. I must be overlooking something. Please someone help me with this. Thanks.

Under the pay date title, there is a box that says "report time". Click the down arrow and then click on "report leave". Then click the down arrow on "type" and select what you want (vacation, sick, etc). Then go up to "selected pay period" (above pay date) and pick which week you want, and then click on the box of which day you want and click submit. I think that is all the steps! :)

Do you also send an email to your ops manager? I've put in requests as above through Exponent and have never gotten replies if it was approved or not, so I ended up missing out on requested leave.

It will change from "requested leave" to "approved leave" and you should get an email saying that it was approved. I have a great supervisor, so maybe that is why, but if I didn't, I would document when I put in for the leave and if it didn't change to approved by one week before, I would send an email or two.

Unfortunately, I don't have a great manager, except for being great at ignoring emails. I will keep on top of it and hope for a response.

They see your blocked days and approve or disapprove... but hopefully you already have approved it with them!!
When I asked my supervisor, she sent an attachment on how do it, but I don't understand exactly. It looks like I'm supposed to first go into Remedy (?) and request it, then go into Teamwork? I just now tried to go into Remedy, and all I got was a blank page. Everything is so complicated, and I'm so tired.

it seems like when I request time off, maybe for 4 lousy hours or whether it be a whole day I either get audited or have a meaningless 1.9 long report come back to me within 20 minutes of requesting time off which the report had the word "the" left out which did not change the report "only educational for the MT" . No one on this board seems to give specifics when they get canned from IMEDX. So my question is this: Can each person who got laid off/fired let us know more details. Were you PT or full time, did they call or did they email, did you have options, or just firing. How many lines did you do per day. I just typed three-quarters of a report out because the MT gave up after doing a quarter of it. So last week I was "off the grid" at 98 something percent. Okay, so I'm getting 8 cents a line for that week. So, for this week since Saturday (I work Sat-Tues) they have done NO audits at all.
