Can we request that an audit be done... - Here is why I want one

So last week I was "off the grid" at 98 something percent. Okay, so I'm getting 8 cents a line for that week. So, for this week since Saturday (I work Sat-Tues) they have done NO audits at all. What happens then if they don't? I guess they still could, but why do I have a feeling they are NOT going to and then just let last week's audit roll over so I'm still getting 8 cents a line? Granted, I could very well not be on the grid again BUT it's just as likely I will be (I go back and forth, from just barely being off the grid to 100%). So if I fall off, of well, I was only getting 8 cpl anyway. But if they don't audit anything I have NO chance to improve and get on the grid this week. Not fair. Also NOT surprised.

Don't they HAVE to audit (a measly) 2% or so of lines? I am sure they want to let it ride in my case. Are we allowed to insist they do an audit? Pffffff. I'm sure if I did it would just make them mad and determined to find a failing report. Hate this place.

The audits are not random as they are purported to be. I have posted my story on this and it is true. They can audit whatever they choose to audit. I know this is a hard pill to swallow. I don't think requesting an audit would ever put you in a better place, mentally or FIESA-score wise. Of course, you don't know me. Why should you believe what I say? It's your decision, of course. I previously believed the things I was told, but I don't anymore. I think it's good to keep reminding everyone (myself included) of the dirty tricks these crooked apparent fellow humans are playing on us.

In fact, I think requesting one would put me in a WORSE place...they'd go in and search until they found something to fail me...even if out of spite...that's how this company works and I think we all are figuring this out...

This is why this pay plan is flawed. They say the - MLS is in control, but reality says different.

They are in control depending on the number of audits, type of audits, etc etc (the list goes on). This pay plan is just not fair practice.

People keep talking about being off the grid but I'm not sure what that means.

It basically means that you are under 100 lines per hour or--sm - anon

under 99% QA or have more than 10% QC. Off the grid basically means you are making less than 8/4 per line. Alternatively, it is the same thing as when your supervisor calls to talk to you that employees not meeting metrics require MUP and this must stop, etc.

Ask your CCM tonight to temporarily help out in the South if you are NJA. I hate to draw people to my accounts and risk running out of work, but considering these accounts are going to go late in a couple of hours and they have already threatened to leave if TATs aren't met, it's worth the risk. it seems like when I request time off, maybe for 4 lousy hours or whether it be a whole day I either get audited or have a meaningless 1.9 long report come back to me within 20 minutes of requesting time off which the report had the word "the" left out which did not change the report "only educational for the MT" . Her CCM has told her to request PTO hours using TW. She (and I) have searched every buttom, menu, and left-click pick-list we could find, with no joy, in that miserably travesty of software. She called 1 800 dictate and the nice Indian gentleman there first proved he was even more ignorant of what TW can do then we are, then firmly stated that it "can't be done. Ask your CCM to do it."
