For those of you wondering about working for Inscribe. I have been working there since April and am very happy and satisfied. I have a network of other MTs within the company who help me when I run into problems with blanks etc. We all help each other and thereby learn from each other. I have read some posts that seem to imply that it is QAs job to correct our work and fill in blanks but if we just leave the blanks, what have we learned? All we have learned is to take the easy way out and have in no way added to our knowledge base.
As far as pay and paycheques go. Every one of my paycheques has been accurate and on time except when we had a postal strike in Canada and one of my cheques got held up in the mail service. There has never been any question of the company paying late.
I have found that management and owners are always available and happy to help out. I guess I would close with the famous words of Bambi's mother "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." I usually find that those who critisize the loudest are those who were in the wrong.
