Maybe before it is too late you should re think why WMX is still offering (to date) their production based incentive plan to new hires and why you (as WMX owners?) differ with your bonus plan based on quality. Is it true that some of these QA scores for bonus are scored with your employees in INDIA? After all we know you realize that WMX was a very good MTSO. That's why our WMX CEO (now your appointed VP over all transcription) was always so proud of our companies rating with MT's as well as the clients.
Your bonus plan (quality) has a huge amount of complaints from apparently your own employees that posted on this site. Is all this like some huge fight between you and the new president you appointed over all your transcription business(our old CEO at WMX)?
I have been working for WMX for years. I liked it here and produce well above the average with a very high QA rating. Most all good MT's have a high QA rating. Sadly but most likely all may be gone shortly.
We as MT's are paid usually on production. The higher lph the more we make and have to do so watching our QA rating or face consequences but not less money. Now you come along and boast about you quality bonus plan and buyout WMX. Since many of us can only afford these very low line rates offered (with WMX's older program) we count on WMX's bonus plan based on PRODUCTION not quality, our quality is already there.
Since QA scores can sometimes be subjective and from all the complaints on this site we have read about your (Nuance) QA scoring is like we may be subject to a further pay cut depending on how it is scored, not production as we are supposed to paid for.
Isn't this sorta like a means to DOC OUR PAY at your hands?
The production based incentive has been proven a winner for all.
