Weather can't be the excuse for low work at Landmark - sm

This is the fifth month of getting the "bad weather" excuse at Landmark for low work. This just isn't going to cut it anymore. My account used to be slammed with work at night and on the weekends. Five months in a row now, barely anything there. How is everyone elses work load there?

I'd rather they just be straight up with us. I need work to pay bills. They overhire when new accounts come on. I'm looking around for something else.

lost the ER account that starts with a T from the west coast? Used to work for them and work dried up so left, thought I read a month or 2 back that they lost it. Thanks

Sorry guys, do not come to this forum often. The information came from an Indian company who said they do work. I agree no way to verify but if volume has gone down in second and third shift, make your own assessment ........

Last summer my group in the north received an email stating if you are out of work due to being sick for 3 days that HR is requesting a doctor's excuse. I was wondering if the rest of you have heard this also. Can't seem to find it on MQ Central. I missed 3 1/2 days once a few years back but never that many since so I was just wondering if any of you know. I guess it would not surprise me as they treat us like "real" workers now. TIA ...

I have sent them 3 emails directly on the website because I no longer have any of my Landmark contacts saved but haven't gotten an answer yet. is pretty much a bitch-fest, at least it is some sort of contact with other MTs... oh excuse me... MLS. I have never worked at a place where there was so little contact, no feedback, no sense of teamwork. Yes, too much oversight with TLs hovering over you is oppressive and you may say... that's okay, I'd like that, just leave me alone to do my work... but really, it's tough to feel totally isolated, anyone agree? ...
