Can anyone offer some insight to this company? Just started with them and am not impressed with management. Owner seems to be a micromanager and communication is nonexistent except for the usual account TAT updates?
that the powers that be at TTS find out who you are and boot you to the curb for coming on here and bashing them. What happened to company loyalty? You get back in TTS what you put into it, just like any other company out there. With your cheery attitude, it's no wonder you can't live up to their expectations.
So, please quit if you are not able or willing to live up to the terms you agreed to when you signed up with TTS. The rest of us who enjoy working with them and are capable of meeting their quality and quantity standards will absorb the work you couldn't/wouldn't produce. Hopefully you read the part in the agreement where it clearly stated what was expected of you and seeing you signed it, you really have no reason to come on here and bash the company because you can't fulfill your part.
As for those of you who let the rants of others dictate what decision you should make in life, you'll be missing out on working with such a great company. I've been with them for a few years now and have never had a problem with management, owners and have always found them to be helpful, willing to listen and caring about their employees.
