Does anyone have any current information on Transolutions? I checked the archives and I could only find posts from 2007. Thanks!
MTSO's - MT

Most MTSO's don't get better, they either stay the same or get worse. Tread all of them cautiously.
I know nothing of the one you are asking about, except what you have probably read yourself.
Personally, I'm getting out of the MT business completely. I went from an awful place to a not-so-awful place, but the field itself is pretty awful these days (speech recognition, off-shoring), so awful is it's middle name.
Baloney! Just like everyone else, there are good and bad - In this case there are differing opinions

Some people like them and some don't, so the best thing to do is see if it works for you.
curious-if you no nothing of this company, why are you talking? - the subject is Transolutions, not you.

Prepare for almost all VR work using M-Modal platform, which is definitely not the greatest and is slow, slow, slow. I find my fingers actually move faster than the software, no lie. The company is not bad. The software/platform on the other hand leaves much to be desired. We were told to expect 60% to 75% VR work and it's turned out to be like 95% to 98% and they are moving ALL their accounts to this so....
Other than that, CPL is decent compared to most, insurance is decent, leads are excellent.

I took a HUGE pay cut due to the SR platform and percentage of SR work. Also not very flexible regarding scheduling and/or meeting line counts (even when there is a lack of work).
that is what I am dealing with where I am at now - tia

Low work and not very understanding about it either if lines aren't met. I can't get up and work the 3rd shift when there is supposedly work to be done because I have 2 little kids. What do they pay for SR and what platform do they use?
Thanks for the info.
Transolutions uses an M-Modal VR platform and their own platform combo..not very good - Anon
Hi. Does anyone have any current info on Transolutions? I've been offered a position with them, and just want to find out as much as I can before I accept. Thanks! ...
Hi, I'm looking at Transolutions and haven't seen a lot of current info on the boards about them. Wondering about the quality of the SR and editing. Also, I noticed that they were bought by Accentus and was wondering if there were any changes down the pipeline to be aware of, or are they pretty stable right now?
Would be particularly interested in any former WMXer's opinions who might have made the move. :)
Replies by e-mail are okay if you don't want to be too public. Tha ...
I know there used to be a lot of happy folks at Transolutions, now owned by Accentus. I can't find much recent info as to happiness/contentedness with pay and procedures, etc. I am particularly concerned about changes since the Accentus swapover.
Thoughts and/or comments? Thanks very much. ...
I have an interview with Transolutions tomorrow. I applied for their STAR team and am curious about types of accounts, flexibility of work schedule, general info like that. I've already received the PDF on their compensation schedule and insurance benefits, so I have an idea what they pay. Just curious what they expect for the line counts they offer, what management is like, do they follow BOS, etc.
Any and all comments welcomed, although I've mostly seen the negatives in the archives ...
Does anyone have any recent info on Transolutions? I'm not finding much on here. Are they a decent company to work for? Pay and benefits any good? Are they pretty flexible? Positive and negative comments welcome. Thanks! ...
Any current info on TTS such as line rate, flexibility, plenty of work, platform and what the accounts are like? Easy to make lines? Also wondering if they offer shift differential for 2nd shift. Thanks in advance. ...
wondering if anybody currently transcribes radiology for ZNF and how it is going. How do they pay by report or line and is it decent? thanks in advance. ...
Any current or recent MTs who work for this company in NJ have any info to share? Are all their accounts now voice rec? Plenty of work or still sporadic? Have they added tech support for nights and weekends? Thanks. ...
Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). I'm a bit worried that your benefits hinge on getting your required lines in each pay period. I can see where this would be a problem if there was a shortage of work (the situation at my current job). Any thoughts would be appreci ...
Have done an archive search but looking for more current info from people currently working or just stopped working at Keystrokes. What happened years ago really doesn't concern me because we all know how fast it changes in this business. Not trying to discount anyones opinion just want to make an informed decision based on current status of company. Pay on time? Meet quota? etc. ...
I was considering testing with them and was wondering how they are as a company, what they pay, etc. Positives and negatives? Thanks! I have seen older posts but nothing current (unless I just completely missed it). ...
Checked archives and everything is old. Looked at the company website and it sounds good but always like some feedback before applying. I have 26 years experience but have never done VR. Thanks :) ...
Can anyone offer some insight to this company? Just started with them and am not impressed with management. Owner seems to be a micromanager and communication is nonexistent except for the usual account TAT updates? ...
Does anyone have current info on Peachtree Transcription in Georgia?
Based on older posts, it appears that they only contract with ICs (no employee status), may supply equipment, and that their pay scale is by the dictated minute. Is this correct?
If you have worked for them, how was your experience?
Thanks. ...
