See they are hiring but would appreciate any info first. I've already jumped too quick into a company that sucks. Thanks !

I used to work there last year up until January, 2012 when they laid me off. I still keep in touch with my former TA. She says they have lost many accounts due to mis-management and letting good MT's go. Then they hired less experienced MTs who did not know what they were doing. More accounts lost. Now there are only 2 TAs, from a total of 5 or 6 when I worked there. My former TA tells me they are on the brink of bankruptcy if thing don't change really fast.
I cannot understand why they are hiring. This is certainly an example of how not to run an MTSO. The management let all the good people go, because they had to pay too much in wages. So they got lesser MTs and got lesser work quality. Very interesting.
Hope this answers your questions. I would definitely stay away from these people. I have heard that their VP in charge of hiring and firing has already run other companies into the ground. Not sure if this is a rumor or not.
OMG Thank you!!! I am NOT applying there !!!! - mt

That is so not true in my experience. I've been at K&R for several years, was transferred when they got my hospital accounts. In my opinion someone is trying to discredit this company by pretending to attribute false info to some ex-TA. Specifically, K&R has been awarded at least 10 new accounts since I've been here and they haven't lost any in years. They work mostly with veterans hospital accounts, which are up for grabs, bid on and awarded every few years. It seems like you win some, you lose some but overall they've gained quite a few so they must be doing something right there. Also the comments on pay and hiring: It seems to me I see where they'll let people go when they're not performing (seriously low line counts or never get out of QA) but they don't rehire "lesser" people at lower pay that I can tell. As far as bankruptcy, I have no way of knowing about that specifically but the pay is always on time and is just typical of what everybody's pay is these days. It's not like the "good old days" but it's steady. The best thing is it's all straight typing, no speech wreck.

I read that they pay VBC, so are you getting like 9-10 cpl to compensate for the spaces.
Any current info on TTS such as line rate, flexibility, plenty of work, platform and what the accounts are like? Easy to make lines? Also wondering if they offer shift differential for 2nd shift. Thanks in advance. ...

Any current or recent MTs who work for this company in NJ have any info to share? Are all their accounts now voice rec? Plenty of work or still sporadic? Have they added tech support for nights and weekends? Thanks. ...
Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). I'm a bit worried that your benefits hinge on getting your required lines in each pay period. I can see where this would be a problem if there was a shortage of work (the situation at my current job). Any thoughts would be appreci ...
Have done an archive search but looking for more current info from people currently working or just stopped working at Keystrokes. Hi, I'm looking at Transolutions and haven't seen a lot of current info on the boards about them. Wondering about the quality of the SR and editing. Also, I noticed that they were bought by Accentus and was wondering if there were any changes down the pipeline to be aware of, or are they pretty stable right now?
Would be particularly interested in any former WMXer's opinions who might have made the move. :)

Checked archives and everything is old. Looked at the company website and it sounds good but always like some feedback before applying. I have 26 years experience but have never done VR. Thanks :) ...
Can anyone offer some insight to this company? Just started with them and am not impressed with management. Owner seems to be a micromanager and communication is nonexistent except for the usual account TAT updates? ...
Does anyone have current info on Peachtree Transcription in Georgia?
Based on older posts, it appears that they only contract with ICs (no employee status), may supply equipment, and that their pay scale is by the dictated minute. Is this correct?
If you have worked for them, how was your experience?
Thanks. ...
Can anyone here provide info on this company? I'm wondering about pay rates, if they're well organized, do they leave you alone to work, etc.
