Does anyone who works for CommandHealth (Transform/MD-IT) know how the VRE volume bonus works? I tried to figure it out using the numbers on my pay report but I couldn't come up with the percentages we are supposed to be receiving according to the number of lines edited each day. It appears like it's only half of what it should be.

I honestly don't know. I like how much more I make than the "base" pay with all the different bonuses we get (and it also shows that I would never be able to work at a company that pays 4 c/line or less without bonuses when I look at that base pay), but I have never been able to really tell how they come up with half those bonus numbers. I like the place for the most part, but I hate never knowing how much I make each day until the following day when we can check that report since some of those bonuses are based on values that they don't share with us and are based on each individual report (such as difficulty, how much you use the editing shortcuts, etc.). While I appreciate the fact that they give us all those bonuses, I really wish they would change the process to something more straight forward.

Volume bonuses are just that, based on volume. 1000 lines = 5% bonus; 1250 lines = 10% bonus; 1500 = 15% bonus; 1750 = 25% bonus.

For instance, you do 1750 lines on MDN in 1 day, base pay would be $70 and volume bonus $17.50. This does not include your other bonuses.

I wish they would make it more straight forward too, as I do check my report the next day to make sure I have done enough and if I haven't, then I'm pushing to make it up.

I just checked my report and calculated 25% on what I've done so far this pay period (and I average well over the 1750 lines/day), and it does appear to be approximately half of that. I really have no idea what else they could be applying this 25% to. I really dislike this secret computing.

Important: The Bonus percentages are calculated against a percentage (currently 50%) of base pay to insure that each MT has the opportunity to increase their earnings by 50% or more.

This is copied directly from the SR Editing Pay Scale Implementation and also in the Power Point presentation.

Well this last comment was apparently from a "suit." The information is not clear, is vague and is like everything that is told to the MTs about their "bonus" system. There should be no need for any bonus anyway. If the pay was kept decent and not brought down to 4 cpl there would be no need for a bonus, let alone a bonus that is given on a very vague and sort of sneaky basis with it not being clear how it is paid.

I copied the information directly from the literature provided by the company. I feel it was not presented in a clear manner either, and until I asked about it and it was pointed out, did I realize how the bonus was configured. At least CH is giving us a bonus, they could have gone directly to 0.04 like the other companies.

There are other companies that offer a bonus with 4 cpl and there are other companies that offer more than 4 cpl also. So if you like getting a pay cut from straight transcription, I'm sure you will enjoy all of that. I don't see it's presented in a clear manner still. I don't see that is clear at all. They don't outline the specific ways the bonus works, etc. Still looks vague to me. I would not trust what they say. But that's your right to do as you please.

I worked for TransformMT briefly 2 years ago. I just got an email from CommandHealth instructing me to log into AsureForce and submit my timesheet before Thursday. I work for Landmark, not CommandHealth, as far as I know! Does anyone know if this is something new for Landmark, or could it just be some glitch from when I used to work for TransformMT? Can anyone offer a suggestion? Recently, I am unable to hear the dictation on some reports. I have the volume all the way turned up, by using Ctrl +, and still cannot hear some reports clearly. Makes work a little more difficult. After turning it all the way up, the next report will blast my ears out. Too funny. TIA. ...

I always seem to have issues with being able to get the audio up to a comfortable volume on the Bayscribe platform. I don't think it's an issue with my computer, as my other platforms have volumes that are just fine. Is there a volume booster somewhere on Bayscribe besides the obvious up and down button on the audio player that I'm overlooking? Has anyone experienced a problem with their keyboard today while typing reports in Fluency. When I hit the Control + key while in the body of my report (to increase the volume) it is also changing my font size to larger. When I hit Control - key (to lower volume) it shrinks my font size. Can someone tell me how to change the volume of a dictation using the keyboard? I find that I almost have to change the volume with each dictation - one is too loud and the next one is too soft. I have a Boostaroo and it muffles the audio when I turn it up on my headset. Some of these dictators go back and forth in volume and I have caught several mistakes I made on deciding what I hear. Once again, we aren't allowed to work on my account due to low volume. This is about the fifth time in the past week. I've only been with Landmark for 6 or 7 months and I'm really starting to regret taking a position there. It was great for the first few months, but then the work started disappearing.
