Average LPH for TTS accounts?? Trying to decide - HomeMT

Can anyone share what the average line count you are getting at TTS? I know it makes a difference what accounts you have, etc. but just wondering what employees are getting for LPH. I have read that speech engine is very good with accounts. Will help me make a decision if it is worth it.

I'm slowing down on my SR jobs. I got a QA yesterday below 95 and got put back on hold. It's because of the SR jobs.

I have been with TTS for a little over 2 months. I average now almost 400 LPH, of course depending upon the dictators. I work on Escription platform which is wonderful. TTS pays for headers, spaces, etc, so basically you add on about 6-7 lines per report for that. I find most drafts to be at about 95+% in accuracy. FYI: TTS is a very nice company to work with. Just do your work and work your hours, and you are on your own.

The minimum on SR on Escription is 250, straight is 125. Maybe your particular account, it is possible to achieve 400+, but you are only being told this to light a fire under your butt. They did the same thing to me over 2 years ago. No one can call you out if you maintain at least 250 lph and your QA scores are high enough. I have 2 accounts, one I can do around 300 lph with 99.5+ QA scores and the other between 250-300 with 99.5+ QA scores. I try to go at a comfortable pace and to be as accurate as possible. Because of this, I do not get stressed and I don't get what I call nastygrams from management or QA. Do what's comfortable for you and your wallet.

I know some are obvious, like MRI, but how do you decide what is okay to abbreviate and what is not? Both part-time, both let me choose my schedule; however, Amphion is primarily editing and SoftScript is straight transcription at more than double the editing pay offered by Amphion. gotten pay down to basically nothing, what else can we do to get more facility money for ourselves. We cant squeeze facilities more without them going elsewhere, guess we have to squeeze MTs more. Heck, some have even decided to make MTs pay for platform costs, pay rent for loaned equipement - loaned so MT can do the job MTSO needs done - or started a "mentoring" division so they can basically get work done for free. Am considering applying with Nuance. Have worked with the M*Modal speech engine before and know that Escription is superior but how much better is what I wonder. Would you be willing to give me an honest estimate of your average productivity in LPH when editing? I don't need inflated numbers just something to go by that reflects a reasonable expectation.
