I'd like to reply to their ad but never heard of them. I checked the archives - anyone with current info on them? I actually live in Sebring - never knew they were here.

I believe you are allowed to pick your own "shift" - but you are required to let them know what your hours will be and are expected to stick to when you have told them you will be working.

It looks like a lot of people do not understand what an IC is. You need to (1) Read the US Tax Code. (2). Contact a CPA.

It is ILLEGAL to require someone to work "shifts" or other such and then call them ICs. They are doing this to avoid paying their fare share of taxes. Don't fall for it. It would be interesting to hear what the IRS has to say about all of this.

I worked for them for a brief period of time. The company basically is a good company. However, these reports are not formatted in the basic way that we US MTs are used to. For example, the reports for this company are all done in letter fcrmat and average about 10 lines per report or less. I later found out that in order to make ANY kind of a decent line count, I would be expected to do close to 100 reports a day, which I had a very hard time achieving.

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.).
