I knew they were lying, or at best MISINFORMED..Still wondering why out of the blue that bit of "news" would be posted other than maybe someone that was angry/upset/otherwise not feeling "right"...

I do not feel my response was unprofessional nor ridiculous. You are right, maybe that is why,but posting misinformation on a board that can cause great harm to our company IS both unprofessional and ridiculous. I offered to forward the resume, with a letter of recommendation for this person, and I signed my name,which neither of you have. THAT is ridiculous and unprofessional.

How and where have I been rude? Please enlighten me? I have offered to help this person do what THEY wanted. However, I NEVER referred to this person as a she, so the male correction let me know who it is. I have not been rude, called names, etc, just asked that the person that did it "man up" and come talk to either Alica or I,do not put it on a forum. I am not a lackey, I have earned my position in this company and continue to do so every day. That comment was rude! Have a great night/life, I hope you find what you are looking for!

xyz, I never gave you a gender, I always referred to you as the person etc. WiseMT referred to you as a "she" to which you responded you were not a SHE. I said "man up" as a figure of speech regarding the hiding behind the alias. I have no idea why this has turned into a JoanBashing, or Alicia/ATS bashing. Misinformation was posted, we both corrected it, using our name, not some alias. I have offered to forward the resume of the person asking, stated all you had to do was ask. As far as the being rude to others in this company, I am always open to communication to resolve this. I try very hard to not let my mood, feelings, etc. factor into my communications, but I am human. I can say for sure and for certain, that I own up to what I do, and do not hide behind a fake name and slams against character and profession. I would ask that you both get off your "pity pot" (yes that was probably rude, but I tire of childish immaturity) and talk to me. You both obviously know of me (but do not know ME) and how to reach me. Lets resolve this like adults and not in some open public forum. Give me the same opportunity as you have. Have a great day!

Obviously XYZ, you do not know it all. I have been working for ATS for over 3 years and make more than 7.5, and I have never heard mention of incentives so why would you assume there would be? You really do sound disgruntled and hope you are happy where you are.

Okay, so if you have been where you are for 2 years, how did you assume she lost the Novant accounts? Also, why is anyone that is happy at this company, a "pet" or a "lackey"? I have to assume at this point, since you have all the negativity, that the issue is with you, not ATS or me. All you have done is throw barbs, with no basis to info, if someone presents facts, you call names? You know they make medication for those feelings!

I know MTs talk, so again I say, why are worried what account went where? You dont answer my questions,post inaccuracies and continue to make ugly comments. You cannot have a civil conversation. You have done nothing but made ugly comments since the start, yet still maintain I am the rude one. Other than the little comments in the last post, I have been nothing but nice to the point now you are attacking my physical attributes. I used to work for 3-T and they lost accounts so we let go. Now have been in touch with them because they have obtained new accounts. Anyone else in this position? I think I would like to work for them again but reading the recent posts about the company causes me concern. The glitch now is about the computer. Has anyone worked for Allegiant? I am considering it and the main thing I am concerned about, is do they pay. It says on their contract, the MT gets paid when they are paid by the client. I have been down that road before and got burned. I am juggling two other MT jobs and only one uses direct deposit and pays on time, but the work load is not enough to sustain me, so I have to look elsewhere. Any info would be appreciated. After 14 years of transcribing for a medical practice, suddenly, without notice, I was "dumped." My client implimented the required EHR mandated by President Obama. I guess I was somewhat naive in not seeing this coming, but I assumed transcribed documents by a "real person" would still be wanted by my client. Now I find myself at age 57 without work. Just heard today my local town's clinic will be going to EMR in September so those MTs will be losing their job (we are only 2000 people but the clinic is going EMR), another town 125 from me with about 100 MTs have just lost their jobs and a bigger town from there has lost about 100 MTs because of EMR.
