Nobody here said that if you are happy with doing MT, to leave. If you are miserable, then for your own sake, leave, or stay but stay knowing it won't get better. It's hanging on to false hope that makes you more miserable when it doesn't change. Just know that this is MT now. Chasing companies just wears you down.
