there are still MTs out there who are willing to put up with this lousy job.
You will never see a raise or go back to employee status, dictation will be the same and never change, free work will be thrust upon you, no work and you are at their mercy.
So, if you continue in this line of work, get used to it, nothing will ever be in our favor. They could care less about you or your work ethic or how many years' experience you have or how dedicated you are. Action speaks louder than words.
